Poet freak-Madhulika Mitra

Seperating us,

That deadening wall of the unseen reality,

Pardon! Forgive me! For being a perfect impostor,

And showing you all that i’ve never been

I know you don’t understand,

That doing this was no fun,

for decades to build up a poisoning barrier,

That could stop us from being one.

But stop, my love,

For my heart is only yours,

And help me to lead to the sweet you,

And lets break this wall again.

But before all this promise me that,

You’d never question my identity,

When once i give mt feeble soul to you,

And once again we both come to entity.

But oh dear! What’s this confusion for?

That my head isn’t ready to loose,

And do i fear, but why to touch your bruised heart?

And leaving you; why am i onto making my own fool?

I can relate to this poem. Relationships awww can be the purest and sweetest of fruit and when someone’s perception changes it can turn into the pious of fruits.. I love your descriptive passages, was very nice. Thank you for sharing, I will read more of your writings soon! Hope you have a wonderful evening! Xx Lisa
